PRICEMASTER extends the pricing and costing abilities of CONFIGURATOR+, SMARTQUOTE, and EASYESTIMATE, enabling these modules to look up values from external price and/or cost files. PRICEMASTER is ideal for companies that maintain multiple price books, or for companies that make or engineer products to order and need to roll up the material, labor and overhead costs to create a quote.

PRICEMASTER allows companies to maintain their price and cost data in a software application of their choosing, and provides formatting guidelines to help convert the data for use by WrightTools modules.

You use Excel and Access to format your data, then run the PRICEMASTER converter to prepare a pricebook file.

PRICEMASTER supplements SMARTQUOTE and CONFIGURATOR+ but does not replace their pricing logic. Only the items with special pricing considerations need to be entered. CONFIGURATOR+ and SMARTQUOTE will default to list price if no special pricing is found in the pricebook, so you can do pricing "by exception".

Configurable. You are no longer bound to traditional "parts-based" pricing. Just use PRICEMASTER with CONFIGURATOR+ to take advantage of configurable pricing.

Open ended. You can combine different pricing elements, such as part numbers and parameters, or even special conditions, to obtain easy and accurate pricing for new product configurations.

Flexible. Whether used with SMARTQUOTE or CONFIGURATOR+, the price book structure??? can be changed on each quote or order for fast what-if capability and maximum pricing flexibility.
