The Technical Services Group at TrueSales Corporation works closely with customers
to ensure that project goals are accomplished on schedule. The Technical Services Group
provides implementation consulting, product training, and ongoing support, and is focused
on helping customers meet their business objectives through their use of the WrightTools
suite of application software.
We believe in educating and helping our customers so that the
system they implement becomes one they have ownership in and can maintain themselves. To
that end, the Technical Services Group focuses on making sure customers have the skills
they need to achieve their desired level of self-sufficiency.
TrueSales consultants are specialists in mapping WrightTools
software to business processes so that the desired results can be realized. Our
consultants are business people who bring WrightTools product knowledge to bear for you,
together with a host of other skills including financial, manufacturing, and technical.
TrueSales consultants use a six-step implementation
methodology to help customers plan and execute their project. Within the project plan,
each scheduled consulting engagement is planned by confirming and documenting the
engagement objectives with the customer. The engagement is then coordinated so that the
customer's objective is achieved. This process helps our customers avoid "open
checkbook syndrome" and cost overruns, and ensures TrueSales is in partnership with
its clients.
A customer-specific training plan is developed, depending
upon
the scope of each project and the software to be implemented. TrueSales offers customer-specific training classes so that the trainer can tailor the training agenda to map to the
customer's business objectives.

TrueSales Customer Support Program (CSP) helps clients
maximize the value they receive from their investment. CSP provides telephone assistance,
regular software upgrades, and opportunities to work in partnership with
TrueSales Corporation to drive product direction and future enhancements. Customer support is
staffed with professionals who have a comprehensive understanding of the WrightTools suite
of applications and how they are applied, as well as an area of specialization.
